My programs are not a one-size-fits-all approach because each client is on their own unique health journey. My programs are designed around the needs of each client based on their wellness goals. The program that fits those needs would be determined during the free healthy discovery call that I offer.
My programs range from three months to six months, or even a year depending on the client's needs.
